Survival Quickstart & Land Claims
When you first spawn at the Central Nexus, you are protected from all incoming damage. Here is how to launch your survival journey:
🛡️ Universal KeepInventory Is Active!
Across the entire SPY SMP network (Overworld, Nether, The End, and all custom realms), keepInventory is permanently set to TRUE. You will never lose your gear, tools, diamonds, or enchanted armor upon death!
1. Get Free Starter Gear
Type /kit starter to receive basic iron tools, food, and torches to survive your first night.
2. Teleport to the Wilderness
Type /rtp (Random Teleport) to instantly warp into uncharted survival territory.
3. Protect Your Build (Land Claiming)
Creating a formal claim guarantees 100% automated protection against block breaking, chest theft, or griefing:
- Equip a Golden Shovel (or type
/claim). - Right-click the first corner of your desired territory.
- Walk to the opposite diagonal corner and right-click again.
- Your boundary will be marked with gold and glowstone markers!
- Type
/trust <player>to grant building permissions to your allies. - Type
/untrust <player>to revoke access. - Type
/sethome <name>to save your base and return anytime via/home <name>.
